Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Lil Baby account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the App installed.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected]from the address you use to log in, with the subject line "Delete my account". If you signed up with a phone number instead, include that number in the email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All onboarding and health answers (cycle, pregnancy, lifestyle, conditions, and goal-specific answers)
• Uploaded reports, scan photos, and AI-scan history
• Appointment and consultation history
• The partner link, if you have one — your linked partner keeps their own account, but loses access to anything that was shared from yours

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for the minimum records we're required to retain for legal or security reasons (e.g. active abuse investigations), which are kept only as long as legally required and not used for any other purpose.
