Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Lilbaby account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the App installed.

How to delete your account

In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account. Confirm with your password. Everything listed below is erased straight away, and you are signed out.

If you no longer have the app: email[email protected] from the address you use to log in, with the subject line "Delete my account". If you signed up with a phone number instead, include that number in the email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All onboarding and health answers (cycle, pregnancy, lifestyle, conditions, and goal-specific answers)
• Uploaded reports, scan photos, and AI-scan history
• Appointment and consultation history
• The partner link, if you have one — your linked partner keeps their own account, but loses access to anything that was shared from yours

Timeline

Deleting from inside the app is immediate — the records below are removed as you confirm. Emailed requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and completed within 30 days, except for the minimum records we're required to retain for legal or security reasons (e.g. active abuse investigations), which are kept only as long as legally required and not used for any other purpose.
