Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Lil Baby app and the website at lilbaby.app (together, the "Service"), operated by Lil Baby ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Not a substitute for medical care
Lil Baby is a tracking, educational and scheduling tool. It isnot a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Cycle predictions, fertility scores, pregnancy dates, AI-scan readings, and risk flags are estimates based on the information you provide and general medical reference data — they are not guaranteed to be accurate for your specific situation. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical decisions, and use the in-app emergency alert or call your local emergency number (in India, 108) for a genuine medical emergency — do not rely on the App alone.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Information you provide (health answers, profile details) should be accurate to the best of your knowledge — the App's calculations depend on it.
3. Partner linking
Linking your account with a partner shares the categories of data you choose (Privacy Policy, Section 2) with that account. You're responsible for only sharing your link code with someone you actually want to share that data with, and for reviewing your sharing settings periodically.
4. Doctor consultations and bookings
Doctors listed in the App are independent healthcare providers, not Lil Baby employees. We facilitate discovery and booking; the consultation itself, and any advice given, is between you and the doctor. Video consultations are hosted by a third-party service (Jitsi); we're not responsible for that service's availability.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anyone other than yourself or, with consent, the partner you link
- Upload content that isn't yours to share, or that's unlawful, abusive, or harmful
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
6. AI scan feature
The AI-scan feature gives a structured, automated reading of a photo you provide. It is a screening aid, not a diagnosis. A result showing "normal" does not rule out a medical condition, and any concerning result should be followed up with a doctor regardless of severity shown.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and request deletion at any time — seeDelete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lil Baby is not liable for decisions made based on information in the App, for the conduct or advice of independent doctors listed in the App, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
